Truth or Dare
Amou shrieked loudly, enough to be heard in the hallway of Seiso. Five well-known musicians in Seiso looked at her in unison.
“I’m…looking… all over…for you!” she said between pants.
The two green-headed lads gazed at her, dubious. The golden-haired lad gleamed his heavy-lidded eyes. Behind him were two people who appeared older than he was. One bearing the same golden hue of hair and the other had a sky-colored one.
“What do you want Amou?” Ryoutarou, who had the darker green hair, asked.
“Hush, hush. People, don’t be so hasty.” She flipped her hand. “I’m here to invite you for some bonding time at Hino’s. Is that fine?” Her eyes flashed impishly.
“I don’t have time for that kind of nonsense.” Len interrupted.
“We don’t take no for an answer. Sorry you all have to come.” Amou contested. “And by the way…no buts. Kahoko make some cookies for us.” she sustained. ‘and I know you want it too’.
Irresistible Neh? Amou detangled her hair, smiling. She knew they wouldn’t say no.

Not long after, they were now standing in front of Hino’s house. Eyes grazed at the structural builds of the residence. Kahoko’s house was not big as Len or even Azuma had, but despite of it, Hino’s residence had a welcoming atmosphere, overflowing in whole surrounding.
Kahoko stood, jaw hanging down. She searched for the possible rascal who had the guts to do it. “Nami…” it was low, hiding the ire inside her.
“What is it, Kaho?” Amou replied, acting innocently.
“Why are they here?” Kahoko cautiously gestured at the lads whom waiting for her decree.
Amou chuckled. “You don’t want them here?”
“No! Not like that but you said this is a girls’ bonding time.” Kahoko pouted. “And Nao, Mio and Shoko are already here.”
“Well you know me. I changed my mind fast, besides it will make it more fun.”
“Uhm…” Kahoko looked at the five lads and they all smiled. Excluding Len who didn’t know what smile was. Does it exist? In addition, of course the scatteredbrain kohai, whom, if ever possible would sleep while walking. “Come in.”
At last, the words they were waiting for. They all nodded and went inside the house.
“Kaho, thanks for inviting us,” Kazuki prompted jumping beside the girl.
“It’s nothing,” she replied. She wasn’t the one who invited them, but it was her home thus, she should be hospitable.
Even Len had—well, not willingly but been forced to be friendly when they visited him before.
“So…Uhm, feel at home, I’ll prepare something to eat.”
She sauntered to the living room where she found her friends, shocked. She chuckled and went towards the kitchen.
“Hello?” Nao muttered, uncertain. Why does there were boys in what supposed to be as girls’ bonding time? She asked to herself.
“Um, I have this game, let’s play it first while waiting for Kaho,” Mio butted, shyly. She didn’t want her best friend’s friend to get bored.
Surprisingly, being a well sociable person Kazuki was, he happily accepted the invitation. “So what is it?” he asked.
The others took their seats in the divans they could see and waited for Mio to elaborate. “Ah! I-It’s simple, a kind of Truth and Dare…”
“Sugoi! That’s exciting!” Amou cut off. She glanced at the innocent looking guy and smirked. “Tsukimori, if you’re interested I’ll explain the mechanics.”
“I’m not.”
“Oh come on!” Amou hissed and gazed at the others. “It is better if we all sit in the carpet.” She lounged herself in the tan-colored carpet. The other followed her and sat, forming a circle of people.
“To make it more exciting, we are going to spin the bottle. The tip will show who will answer and the bottom of the bottle will be the one who will ask if it’s truth or dare,” Nao elaborated.
Ryoutarou rubbed the nape of his neck. “So let’s begin then,” he said.
“Yeah, right! So, I’ll be spinning it now.” Amou spun the bottle and the tip stopped at Ryoutarou and the bottom was to Kaji.
Kaji sneered, devilishly. “Tsuchiura, truth or dare?” he asked.
“Heck, Dare,” he responded.
Nao and Amou made an ‘ow’ sound. “You’re brave,” they both commented.
“So, Tsuchiura. Don’t worry it’s not that hard.” Kaji cleared his throat. “One little impersonating Pikachu from you would be enough.”
Laughter echoed in the living room, while Ryoutarou’s face fumed red. “Hell no!”
“You said dare, do it!” Kaji responded fighting back the hilarity.
“Come on!”
“Pika-pika,” Nao teased.
Ryoutarou gazed at his acclaimed adversary. He was more than curious what his reaction was. The azure-head lad kept impassive, his face grazing a bore expression.
Heck, it was a relief. How Ryoutarou owed the well-trained appearance of Len, if not, Ryoutarou would be in the edge of disgrace.
“Ok, I will!” Ryoutarou gave up. As long as he couldn’t see the contemptuous demeanor of Len it would be fine.
“P-p-pika…” his voice became tiny despite of his size.
“Again, I’m not pleased.” Kaji averted his stare. He couldn’t hold the fits inside his gut. To be able to prevent from guffawing, Kaji held his stomach tightly.
“You jerk!” Ryoutarou exclaimed, flushing in embarrassment.
“Hey…hey…enough with you two, let’s just spin the bottle again.” Nao stopped the forestalled predicament as she spun the bottle. The tip stopped in front of Keiichi and the bottom, surprisingly, to Nao. “Wow! It’s my turn. Shimizu-kun, Truth or dare?” she asked with folded arms.
“What is it? If I choose Truth what will happen?” the lad sleepily muttered. He appeared to be just had gotten hauled from the dream world.
“If you choose truth I’ll ask you a question and if you choose dare I’ll have to instruct you to do something and you shouldn’t defy.”
“What will I choose then?” Keiichi tilted his head to emphasize his question.
“I’ll be glad if you choose dare and I’ll instruct you to kiss Fuyuumi-chan on the cheek…” Nao intended it as a joke.
“Ok.” Keiichi nodded and stood up. He went closer to Shoko, who by now glowing in both embarrassment and surprise.
“O-oi! You don’t have to—” Amou trailed off.
Too late he already did it. He leaned closer, resting his hand on Shoko’s shoulder before kissing her cheek.
The poor girl fainted dead away.
“Kya, you should not. You have to choose first whether truth or dare,” Nao rebuked, one hand fanning at the lass.
“I didn’t know,” he said innocently.
“Sheesh, guys haven’t you know this game before?” Amou pried and spun the battle. Her lips crooked up: like what she wanted. She transferred her look at the person which the tip of the bottle was pointing at. “Oi, Tsukimori,” she began eyeing the lad.
“I’m not part of your foolish game,” he acidly responded.
“You’re just chickened out just admit it,” Ryoutarou battered back. This must salvage his broken ego. Making fun of the lad boosted his self-confidence. Come on, make him suffer. His malevolent eyes darted at Len.
“Then what is it?” Len hissed. Blinded by his anger, which took the rationality in his sane mind. Soon after, he would regret it.
“Truth or dare Tsukimori?” Amou scorned.
The lad inspected her eyes. Surely, it had 100 percent pure mischief.
He silently noted the elaboration from Nao. If he would choose truth this woman would evilly try to ask him nonsense question, and if he would choose dare he would have gone outrageous. But then… dare was not that hard, or so that was what he thought.
“I choose dare.”
Amou’s eyes sparkled like a star. “Good choice, so Uhm… Tsukimori…”

Kahoko was all alone in the kitchen listening at their loud chanting and laughter. She wanted to check on them yet she buried herself in chores.

“So, are you gonna do it or not?”
Len didn’t respond. He merely didn’t want to comply with her command. It was ridiculous. He nodded inwardly and figured to say he wouldn’t ever, do that! He glared at Amou.
“Tsk…tsk… Can’t handle a simple dare?” she mocked.
The word simple made a mechanical twitch on his brows. He frowned, he was too prideful to surrender and lower himself. Too simple… he massaged his temple. “Ok, I’ll do it.”

Kahoko had been in the kitchen for a long time now. She did not have an idea of what was happening in the living room. “What are they doing now?” she sighed and opted to take a glimpse at them.
Somehow, the loud chattering muffled in the thin air. Silence cooed in the living room. “That’s weird? Have they gone home now? I hope not!” she stopped from her chores, still holding the plate of cookies.
She spun on her heel.
Sight met chest.
Kahoko had to raise her head to look who was that. “T-Tsukimori-kun, do you need something?” she asked.
He didn’t respond but simply stared at her.
“Is something wrong? Are you thirsty? Do you want tea or a coffee?” she kept asking as an excuse of avoiding his eyes.
Len sighed, opening his mouth to converse but abruptly closed it again. He hadn’t had anything to say and where to begin with was another crisis.
“Tsu—”
“Hino!”
Kahoko stiffened as she heard the wintriness of his tone. Somewhat, it trailed through every nerve in her body causing her movement to freeze. “Wh-what is it?”
She looked at him. However, just to find a pink shade strangely adorned on his face. He averted his eyes. Being in charge to her guest she stared at him, concerned. “Is something the matter?”
“You should join the others.”
“I will, after I finish this—”
“No, I’ll take your place instead.”
“What? No! I mean…” she stuttered. In no way she would let him. “No way!”
“Way,” he contradicted, his voice traced with sarcasm. “You’re going to join them and that’s final.” He ended grabbing the plate in her hands.
Knowing she would defy or rather complain. He turned his back to her, simply to tell he wouldn’t listen anymore. He heard Kahoko sighed and walked out of the kitchen.
Len massaged his temples, suddenly heavy. In so many choices of command why it had to be it?
“You’ll replace Kahoko in baking cookies so that she could play with us. Since you don’t want to join to what you called as foolish game, make yourself useful.”
And this was the result of his unrestrained anger.

Kahoko turned to the living room surprised to see her friend waiting for her.
“What took you so long,” Nao said and grabbed her wrist.
They both sat in the carpet.
“Now that you’re already here, let’s begin.” Amou spun the bottle.
“What’s got into Tsukimori, why he suddenly became helpful?” Kahoko mused disregarding her friends.
“Hihara-sempai it’s your turn.” She heard somebody asking Kazuki Truth or dare.
“What’s wrong? Aargh! Why is it? I can’t think of any reason… I even don’t know if he knows how to cook. He’d been living in such a regal lifestyle.”
“You’re blushing Hihara!” one laughed
“I doubt it if he cooks his own meal. There must be bunch of maids in their house. So, it means that he might doe—”
“Oi, Kaho it’s your turn,” Nao informed tapping Kahoko by the shoulder.
Kahoko looked at her yet mind still clouded with thoughts “Huh, yeah! Go ahead,” she said without thinking.
Mio cleared her throat. The bottom of the bottle stopped in front of her and the tip at the oblivious Kahoko “Truth or dare?”
“He might not know how to COOK? No, it must not be. The Truth.” Kahoko muttered the latter word quite audible.
“So, Kahoko, are you interested in anyone?” Mio asked.
“Well, we have cooking classes at school. He may have learned something. Yeah, maybe that’s it.” Kahoko nodded.
Looking how she nodded, the other remaining guys stiffened. Who was that lucky guy? Kazuki’s heartbeat quickened; Ryoutarou had to comb his hair to ease the knotting sensation in his stomach; and Kaji tried to proper himself to hear her respond right.
“But I shouldn’t relax yet, what if he doesn’t and I heard from Manami that he almost…”
The girls squealed. Amou, who was by now doodling in her notes, returned her eyes at Kahoko. “So who is the lucky guy then?” she asked eagerly.
Realization knocked Kahoko. “Shoot…”
“Hey! Kaho, who is he?”
“Tsukimori!” Kahoko’s voice sounded aggressive and determined.
She stood from her sitting position and went back to the kitchen. Manami just said before that the lad almost burned their H.E. room when they had this cooking class. No, she didn’t desire their house to contort into charcoal. How would she supposed to explain it to her mother?
“D-did I hear it right?” Amou muttered.
